LETTERS OF INVITATION

ICEPAG 2010 organizers will issue letters of invitation only to individuals who confirm that they meet all of the following criteria:

 I am an author of an accepted abstract and/or paper.

 I will be presenting the above-referenced paper at ICEPAG 2010.

 I have registered for the conference and paid the ICEPAG 2010 registration fee.

If you meet all three criteria, please submit the online request for a letter of invitation. Requests will be processed once the information above has been verified, typically within a week.

PLEASE NOTE:

For information about conference registration, the conference schedule, the conference venue, travel arrangements, and other conference-related questions, please refer to the appropriate links on this Website.

Letters of invitation will be provided in electronic form unless otherwise requested.

For information regarding non-immigrant visa requirements, please consult your local consulate.

ICEPAG organizers are not authorized to assist with the visa process beyond providing invitation letters.  All questions/concerns regarding the status of your visa should be directed to your local consulate.
