Your registration includes:
- Admission to the plenary and parallel technical sessions
- A compilation of abstracts, provided at registration
- A conference CD, mailed after the event
- Breakfast, lunch and snacks on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Admission to the Opening Night Reception at The Westin South Coast Plaza on Monday evening
- Admission to the celebratory 10th Anniversary Reception at the NFCRC on Wednesday evening. Transportation to and from the conference hotel will be provided for the 10th Anniversary event.
Receptions
When you register, be sure to check the box indicating your plans to join us for one or both receptions, and please let us know whether you plan to bring a guest. We cannot make partial refunds for conference attendees who choose not to participate.
Who needs to register?
All attendees must register and pay the applicable conference registration. If the presenter does not register, the paper will not be included for publication in the proceedings and accompanying presentation information will be removed from the conference program.

Substitutions and Cancellations
Substitutions are permitted at any time. Please notify Lorin Humphries via e-mail at lah@apep.uci.edu with details prior to the conference, if at all possible. This allows us to have a badge for the substitute.
Cancellations made through January 29, 2010, will result in a full refund. All cancellations must be noted in writing and submitted to Lorin Humphries via e-mail at lah@apep.uci.edu.
Media
Discounted registrations are available to accredited media (those on assignment for a particular media outlet) who wish to cover the plenary and technical sessions. If you are a member of the media and wish to attend, please contact Kathy Haq at (949) 824-1999, Ext. 118, or via e-mail at khaq@nfcrc.uci.edu. Please note that all recording devices ― including cell phones, cameras and camcorders ― are to be turned off during the plenary and parallel technical sessions.
