Who Needs to Register?
All attendees must register, speakers are registered by the conference organizers.
Networking Receptions
When you register, please indicate whether you plan to join us at the Networking Receptions and if you intend to bring a guest. Regretably, we cannot make partial refunds for conference attendees who choose not to attend the reception.
Substitutions and Cancellations
1. Substitutions are permitted at any time until March 26, 2019.
2. Cancellations made through Friday, March 22, 2019, will result in a full refund.
3. We are unable to issue any refunds requested after March 22, 2019.
Recording Devices
Please note that all recording devices – including cell phones, cameras and camcorders – are to be turned off during the plenary, presentations, and breakout sessions.
